I'd honestly just go with a TIE swarm instead. It's just flat out better, has more utility, is cheaper when you include all the stuff you need and you get a Core Set out of the equation.
If you really want to go Rebel then A-wing swarms are also a thing but if you're not proxying they need cards from all over the place.

No, we don't think this is a troll thread. We also think it's bad practice to insult and belittle new members of the community.
Rebel Z's are a blast; I ran a Tala ordnance swarm last Regionals and had fun, and took a modified version to Nationals.
It has the potential to beat anything, but it's got very high variability in play.
Do you mean variance?
