Hello there! Don't know if this was posted, but can you equip the black one title on "Snap" if he's equipped with veteran instincts? I know a similar ruling like this was approved with tie interceptors with their title.

Yes, he becomes pilot skill 8 with vi so it satisfies the title.

Note however that Adaptability DOESN'T work, because its change in PS doesn't take effect until the ship hits the table.

I am going to say yes with VI and no with adaptability (I know you didn't ask about adaptability but I wanted to cover all the bases) since with VI your PS is considered +2 during ship placement meaning it is +2 as soon as you include VI. With adaptability you don't change the PS until after the ship is placed.

This seems correct based on precedent from the ept astromech or mist hunter title or royal guard tie. In general once things are on your ship Boba can't make them fall off by removing something else.
