I have a question regarding Blight cards:

Does they have effect:

- on other "expansion" cities, like Innsmouth; or in Arkham only?

- on Other Worlds?

- during final battle with Ancient One?

Some are specific to a location (Doctor and Nurse), others are universal. They remain in play and some can affect the final combat (Joey the Rat is probably the worst).
