Freeing up the one EPT slot from Jake (usually VI) or pushing him above PS 9 sounds interesting for me

Jyn:

Action: Choose 1 friendly ship at Range 1-2. Assign 1 focus token to that ship for each enemy ship inside your firing arc at Range 1-3. You cannot assign more than 3 focus tokens in this way.

Jake:

After you perform a focus action or are assigned a focus token, you may perform a free boost or barrel roll action.

Jyn can be efficient in PS 9 ships like Falcon or PS8 like Miranda, Norra with VI...

Any good ideas for that?

Not going to be overly competitive. To use it like that is basically Squad Leader, which has never seen much use. If she sees any sort of competitive play, I would expect it to be on Kanan (to use on himself) or perhaps a (second) Warden bomber (because the first would be silly to not take Sabine) who doesn't really care about his actions except when he's dropping a bomb. But I'd be surprised to see it anywhere besides on Kanan. I'd say the HWK w/ MC if the rebel HWK was ever worth running.

Not competitive but fun, would be to put her on a Kyle HWK with moldy crow, build up a focus token stack and then when you hit combat, use kyles action for jyn on jake, give him the boost or barrel roll, then at the start of combat pass another token across and do the other. Kyle can even use Jyn on himself and still pass off a token to jake as required.

May be better to run her on another ship that can get arc better than a HWK but still amuses me for the amount of actions jake gets

Give jake PTL, Kyle vi to get to ps 8 and jake can get 2+ focus tokens, boost, barrel roll (one at the start of combat) an evade and target lock

Jyn needs to stay into 2 arcs ship, in my opinion.

Anyway, Jake will works even better with Rey crew I guess

Put it on the Moldy Crow with a Recon Spec on board, with Jyn on an ARC-170 tossing over more tokens. Then have the Crow throat punch someone. Maybe make the Crow's pilot Jan so they can do some sort of buffing high-five as she boosts the ARC-170.

I'm pretty sure there is some sort of cosmic law that Jan and Jyn can not occupy the same space though.
