Charge uses move X spaces, which ignores extra movement point costs.

Also note that you can't spend movement points during Charge, so if you need them to reach the target, you have to spend mp's them before Charge. Also note that the attack is optional, so you can use Charge to get through hostile figures and difficult terrain and not perform an attack if you want to preserve focused.
