Push The Limit would allow the use of Kylo Ren and TL/Boost on the same turn. Isanne could trigger PTL just before combat phase, after all major threats are identified. Gunner would help against 3 greens token stacked targets.

I am not that sure about the escort however, I am keeping Ryad for now.

Ryad looks a great escort. You have RAC for challenging high PS targets while Ryad has great action economy and is as slippery as a fish.

It's going to be delicious. That RAC build is a beaut and I love Ryad.

What about swapping Rebel Captive for Ysanne? It would be less tank-y but more control-y. And it frees up a point for PTL on Ryad.

I like it, but you do lose the Ysanne/PtL/Engine combo. Doesn't matter what PS the enemy moves at when you can PtL off Ysanne's Evade action to Boost at the start of combat.

I think RAC is a great home for Kylo crew. Looks like a solid list.
