What does one compare to for a "resilience check?" (page 62) to recover critical wounds. Is it a Toughess (are there any modifiers?) or First Aid check on yourself?
I see you can assist with First Aid or Medicine.

The difficulty for the check is based on the character's injury level which is defined on the previous page. ( <P> for lightly wounded and <PP> for critically wounded). The GM is free to add other circumstantial modifiers based on the conditions and surroundings the character is in when the check is made. First Aid and Medicine can provide positive modifiers in the form of Fortune or Expertise dice added to the Resilience check.

It would be a check using the Resilience skill, which is based off of Toughness. This is different from performing first aid on yourself, it is a free check that everyone gets as part of the "natural healing process".
