Pretty solid attendance. If only you had a few more. Could have had another round and a cut.
Any lives streams?
18 at Vancouver, WA
I'll post some updates and pictures throughout the day.

9 Rebels, 9 Imperials
Woot. Looking good.
In Chicago. Playing, so Im not sure of all #s. Quick glance shows 15 rebel, 9 Imperial. Unsure of others.
Every single ship in game is on the table.
4-5 ships seems seems Rebel standard.
3-4 ships seems Imperial standard
I think the most is 6. A 3 Flotilla, 1 Corvette, 2 MC30
Squad heavy.
Eggzavier can be more thorough
Round 1 had 5 of 9 games end 6-5.
In round 2 every table is Rebel vs Imperials.
Every model of ship and squadron is represented somewhere in the tournament.
Awesome updates! Keep them coming. I'm so curious to see what everyone will field across the country.
Edited by VergiliusFinal round getting started.
Top table has Tirion with Dodonna against Ben running a ISD/Demo/Fireball fleet.
Top 3 tables all have Rebels vs Imperials.
just curious, how many brace tokens come in a set? ![]()

and you won with 30 Tournament Points!
Tirion can you post your list? I have to say I'm pretty curious what you smashed the tournament with
I just finished inputting the fleets into the new spreadsheet. I have to rebuild quite a bit of the data analysis bits, so it will be awhile before I share it, but here's a couple of quick impressions from Vancouver:
More data soon...
@Shmitty:
I have the tournament lists for all 26 players at the Chicago regional.
Will type them up and upload once I have a few minutes (GoT tourney this weekend also)
I have all 15 fleets from the Fargo regional. I'll try to get them typed up sometime tomorrow or Monday.
I came in 6th today at the Vancouver Regional. Would've done better, but Tirion trounced me.
Still, got the braces and the sparkly dice, as well as three awesome games.

Cluster bombs??

I'm fully expecting to hear how those Cluster Bombs DOMINATED
Got back from the Chicago Regional, good times were had by all. I got in 5th, which I think is the top ranking Imperial? Shiny dice, neato acrylic braces, nice opponents, 10/10 would Regionals again.
I'm nearing a point where I'm ready to say DeMSU style fleets struggle a bit to get to the top nowadays as you get about one shot at taking out most flotillas (ideally with Raiders) and it all comes down to whether they can roll that accuracy with the help from Concentrate Fire. You get an all right shot, but not great. I'll definitely be giving it some more thought, but being unable to easily handle flotillas creates issues for the fleet in that it's difficult to maintain your activation advantage against fleets using flotillas and bomber squadrons are much more consistently a threat to your small ships until those flotillas can be eliminated, which, as mentioned, is problematic. Rebel fleets are also going much smaller with their bids lately (due to high number of activations from flotillas and a squadron focus, they don't mind; Rieekan helps too), but the need for a high bid remains against other Imperials as you're effectively racing one another to the bottom, haha.
I'll play around with the core design of it, see what I come up with, but it may be time to retire the core concept.

Oh I'd also like to add that I think every kind of ship was at the Chicagoland Regional. I saw numerous Interdictors for Imperial fleets. Lots of different squadrons and commanders and such. It's always fun to play such a diverse game. I spoke with the TO (Ron) and he told me he was getting the information to Chris(I think?), so I was off the hook. Shmitty, you should be getting it at some point I'm sure.
Can't wait to see data on interdictor...
