Do you see yourself fulfilling Keyan's conditions? I.e. Can you get Keyan his shots on hull reliably? FC helps in combination with FCT...as does lots of other squadrons....

FCT means that Bwings now can travel speed 3.5 or so. That makes them a lot easier to bring on target. I'm fairly certain I can bring squads to bear.

Definitely take Keyan then, with FC. Yavaris strips shields, then Keyan activates and gets his rerolls.
