We've just got some amazing ones delivered from Italy at low cost. I know the UK we're supposed to be nice to Cog 'o Two but they are SO far behind the templates being made in Germany/Italy that we've seen.

Look for MagicWorks Games on Facebook. They've got a bunch of designs already worked out but will be happy to work with you on any custom image you want. I've got a custom one - just photoshop whatever you want and send it to them.

I got mine from Krakenskulls.com, they are also on eBay etsy, etc

Very fast service! Great templates. I wanted something different and they made it happen no charge.

As mentioned, Litko can do wording. Mine have my Forums Handle that my wife ordered for me several years ago.
