I'll start with my choice: the quadjumper.
Primary attack of '2' (IE., as much as an ARC-170 or TIE Fighter/TIE Advanced/etc)...
...which is pretty amazing, given it has no weapons on it (check the box in the lower right!):

Note the top right corner where it says the dorsal attachment points can easily attach weapons mounts.
Worst fluff fails IMO are all the pilots they put in the wrong ships. Corran, Norra, Shara, Thane, etc.

Sad really, putting cash above content that's worthy.

It's a tug, so that's probably another cargo attachment point, like the one on top.
Edited by gabe69velasquezThe Quadjumper would've been a great little ship with no attack but other ways to influence the playing field.
It's a tugboat, "when you overlap a ship, instead of moving back along the template, move the other ship until it no longer overlaps".

That's a little extreme, especially since it's the only ship in the movie pretty enough for X-Wing

I'm talking about the text under Special Modifications where it specifically says it can be used for weapons mounts.
3. Rey at PS 8.
2. Corran Horn outside his X-wing.
and the winner is ...
1. The HWK 290 ... from one of the most maneuverable ships in the galaxy to one of the least.

I think FFG felt a little too bummed out by reaction to the atk-1 HWK-290, which feels unjustified. Not everything HAS to be a combat vehicle if you design good 'support craft' abilities.
I'd really have liked to see an atk-0 ship in the game, possibly (sure) with an upgrade slot that could take a weapon. But as it very explicitly and in-canon says it has no weapons , having a 'primary attack' value on the thing seems...very, very wrong.

Eh, I don't hate the Upsilon-class. It's kinda...cute. In a "batwing" sort of way.
I vote for Corran Horn not in his Cor-sec Green X-Wing. I also vote for lack of a Rogue Squadron title, or pilot, as Rogue Squadron is one of the most well known x-wing squadrons in the EU, along with the rest of the well known Rogue Pilots.

Oh, well there you go. I'm not going to set myself up for disappointment
by imagining FFG might have upgrades for the other two options,
some "Fuel upgrade" or "Sensor Package upgrade."

Not sure I'd say that is 'lore fail' , per se. I mean, certain Corran was most FAMOUS for flying an X-Wing, but we don't know that he never flew an E-Wing.
'Lore fail' is more specifically where lore says X thing is true vs FFG says X thing is false . IE., direct contradiction.
An 'unarmed ship' having a primary attack of 2 certainly counts.
Another candidate would be the Imperial Assault Carrier not being able to carry TIE Advanced Prototypes at all. Because, canonically...
...IE., stuff like that.
Does Palpatine being so fat he needs two seats count?

Well if you wanna go there, we can always say the fact that the pilots are being limited to a single ship instead of being allowed to fly any ship, especially considering there experience and skills, such as Tycho Celchu experiences with flying Tie Fighters and X-Wings. Can also state that pilots like Corran are also quite capable of flying the Z-95 and Tie Defender. The shear fact is Corran is more known for X-Wing piloting then an E-Wing, so I think its justified in this case.
Unless you rather me just stick to my original point then of limiting pilots to a single ship.

You mean the Banshee, her canonical ship which never made it into the CW due to it being folded up before they finished the episode, but which did make it into the novels?

I would have said Maarek Steele not being in a defender, but that was fixed.

I always assumed it was because he never travelled without at least 4 guards.
To the OT:
Isn't the very definition of a Scum ship "deviates from the factory specs"? - So take the "Weapons: None" as the Subpro off-the-line specs and the 2 attack dice primary as "it propabliy doesn't have waranty anymore"

It's the chair

He bought that seat fair and square so he wouldn't have to sit next to fat people.
This. Plus, you have the debate on its size.

not really if you watch the cut scenes from the game it's obvious that the size is right, they made a mistake in one of the old RPGs that kept getting propagated.

Also the Arc-170 really doesn't have Firepower 2... because it's designed to have the title.
I do agree with Corran Horn and Tycho never being released in the X-Wing as well as the A/E-wings. But hopefully one day we will get them in a Rogue Squadron pack.

Tycho at least FLEW an a-wing, so he makes perfect sense to have there.
