Operations specialist and TLT

Hello,

One question for my "fun" list for today :

I want to pair Eaden Vrill with Operations specialist and a classic Stresshog. It could be a nice way to give some tokens to the stresshog and make it punch a little harder, even with its stress mechanics.

Do you think the Operation Specialists may trigger for each TLT attack, or only if both attacks miss?
