My question is, do I take zeb or hera on my ghost? I anticipate seeing a lot of aces.

I might try scrounging 2 points for EM on Miranda. And you do have a lot of Proton Rockets, as well as Miranda. So maybe just drop the Lothal all together, spend more points on Miranda, and add another cheap ship. Like maybe a T-70 Blue, or a Prototype Pilot as a blocker.

Playing at the tournament in Lawrence, KS by chance...?

I'd recommend dropping Experimental Interface on Tycho and swapping in Auto Thrusters, then you would have the 2 points to be EM bombs on Miranda or give her Extra Munitions.

Also, looks like you are going for a blocking build on the Lothal Rebel, so I would skip Hera and keep Zeb.
