Difficult to predict if there are any overpowered combos - but thematically I am not that really that keen. Tech belongs to ships featured in Episode 7 and onwards in my mind.

I just think the new Resistance Han, Rey, Chewie, and Sympathiser ALL should have had a tech slot from start.

Possibly, but I think Tech on new Han and new Rey would be a little too powerful. PTL/PA/Kanan/Kyle, for instance. I do any non-red move, and get 3 actions (or a 3-sloop and 2 actions) for no stress.

Kannan does not work with PA because he triggers after the maneuver not during check pilot stress

With PA< check pilot stress is moved outside performing the manoeuvre (although there's a big argument about this in Rules Questions and it's not yet been FAQed so YMMV I guess)
