So after watching worlds yesterday, I open up my Facebook today to find that Atomic Empire is hosting the NC Regionals this weekend, November 12th and 13th. My question is this kicking off the 2017 season already? I would prefer to go to the Regional i'm closest to, and not miss out. I was planning on the 2017 Regionals not starting before January at least, yet here we are with this official event. Can areas have multiple Regional events? I just don't know.
