Did anyone get the Armada Devs talking at Worlds?

From what I could tell the devs weren't around the Armada tourney at all, except for doing the live coverage of the finals, behind clothed walls. I spoke with a judge who playtested Wave 6 (yes 6) and I couldn't get anything our of him, and boy did I try!!

I tossed you what Rumours I have in a PM, Smitty... They're not really appropriate for public consumption in content.

Well, what I have for Smitty is really only context, but it itself could be read the wrong way when isolated... So that's something I'm trying to avoid...

You at least have confirmation of wave 6 being in development. That's pretty cool.

I'll just say that I heard some effort was expended to attempt to get Wave 5 hardware for sale at Worlds ... It didn't happen due to some logistical issue.

I'm both bummed and somewhat happy if that was the case. If anything it helps my local game store by giving them some sales.

Speaking from experience from other games, devs usually dont have release information. After they deliver the finished product other teams handle release and shipping.

Didn't need fixing. Dancing girls has unlimited range.

If you don't fix its range, its going to take you a while to go and change every other dial in a 40+ player Tournament...

They did want to know in our day at least if you destroyed a demolisher during your match or not...

I asked if the last Worlds winner had there card created. I was told that the card is not even in the works yet. If thats the case then Wave 5 and 6 are done and wave 7 is in the works. Also overheard people talking about shield dials... What uses that many shields???
