I like the Recon Specialist and Jan Ors on Han. And I've had mixed success with R5 on Biggs.

Stealth Device and Deadman Switch are both strange choices for Han.

Stealth Device is pretty expensive for a ship with only 1 agility naturally. It will probably get cancelled the first time Han is shot at.

Biggs will almost certainly be killed before Han. So when Deadman Switch goes off, you have already lost the game — I guess Deadman Switch might give you a tie...maybe. There are better 2-point illicit upgrades, though. Even the 1-pointers like Inertial Dampeners or Burnout Slam are probably better on Han.
