Slightly off-topic: I have the Soontir Alt. Art card. Looks like he's holding a lightsaber. I don't like it.

Best: Disco Vader all goddamned day.

Worst: Yeah it's Dash, obv.

Best: Corran Horn (even though I don't like flying against him ... great art).

No one has mentioned cross-eyed Corran yet.

Best is a tough choice. If you're ignoring the movie stills I'd say Tycho, though Soontir is pretty great too.

Worst is easy. Dash. Dear gods what were they thinking?! It looks nothing like any of the myriad images and variations on the character we've already seen. It's just some generic ass ****** with a comb-over in mid snart face.

They could have taken a screen grab from SotE on N64, displayed on a crappy crt screen in all its blocky, jaggy glory and it still would have been a million times better.

Hera is a close second. Looks nothing like the character. She's especially infuriating since she's officially a canon character and there's plenty of actual production art to work off from.

You guys are all wrong; Scumbag Dash is the best alt art in the game...maybe even THE best art simply because it's so sleazy looking.

I'm not a fan of the Hera alt art. It looks so.....dumb.

Best: The Inquisitor / Bossk (everybody's doing two so I'll do two as well)

Worst: Hera / Luke Skywalker (it doesn't look like him very much)

I don't actually mind Dash. He's supposed to be a dork and he looks like a dork on the card.

FFG have access to some really good artists, how can they keep screwing up the art for the pilot cards

The best is Corran Horn. Because I finally, finally, FINALLY won him this past weekend.

Runner up is probably Soontir Fel.

Worst is a toss up between Dash and Tycho.

Hera just doesn't look that bad to me. That Dash, though ... [shudders] ... it's cringe-worthy.

But I think my vote for best and worst Alt. Art goes to Bossk.

I love the style and I like how his face was done. What bothers me is how stubby his arm looks. His upper-arm is way too long to be able to lean on the table like that. And his lower-arms are supposed to be hugely disproportionate. If he rested his elbow on a table, his hands should be at the top of his head.

Best: Disco Vader. It's the only alt-art card I actively tried to get my hands on.
