Best 33 point ships for Scum and or Rebels
I think at that price point Scum kick rebels into the shade...

Fenn Rau, as above, is scarier.

Great support ship who makes the most of the Stressbot and minimise its penalties.
33 is always A-slam conner K (Warden Squadron) with extra munitions
with sabine if that's your only carrier; autoblaster and seismics are other options

I haven't flown this, but the potential to boost into range one with a focus and TL against lower pilot skill ships should be fun.
As someone said above, Braylen, which is probably the best option for now.
Rebels are at a severe disadvantage in this point range vs the other factions. 33 points for the rebellion is essentially a support ship or an easily dispatched ace. The other option is to have a PTL green squadron blocker and a Tala. (if you have 34 points have Vectored Thrusters and a Bandit)
