Hi Im brand new to WFRP and just bought the core set. My question is , are there currently only two things that I can buy for the game ? that being the core set of rules and the adventures toolkit? I am confused because I see many other books that state the publishing date is as far back as 2005.

I am just wondering if this a new system or perhaps the older books are just past version of the rules?

You right. There are only the Coreset and Adventurer's Toolkit for WFRP(3) on the market as it was only published at the end of last year.

Older books are for older editions (most likely for second as first edition is quite old). The rules have changed dramatically but the fluff is pretty much the same.
