Has there been any chatter that I have missed with the release date for the next wave?
People are asking for Christmas lists and we'll I want to put that on there.
When will the next wave be released?
It's on the boat as of last Monday. Historically, that would mean we're likely SOL for Christmas. X-Wing stuff that went on the boat a couple weeks earlier is being promised for before the end of the year. We haven't gotten the same promise for Armada.
Ask for Amazon gift cards and save them till the wave drops.

The "Promise" was made for Corellian Conflict.
But not specifically for Wave 5.
We were originally told q4 in the announcement but that historically means very little

Cept it took Amazon forever before they stocked wave 3 and 4. They don't have a problem with x-wing though.

Confirmed?! They're still listed as on the boat!
I checked in last night with my local store (Southern California) and they said in regards to Corellian Conflict, they were expecting them 2nd week-ish of December. They said they received a cut off date for preorders of Nov 23rd, and that their distributor typically has product to them 2-3 weeks after the cutoff date. However, they still haven't been given an official street date.
However no cut off date has been given yet for wave 5, and it was unlikely they would see it before 2017.
At least in the article they also said that Wave V will be out this year:
"The ships and squadrons of Armada Wave V are scheduled to arrive in the fourth quarter of 2016!"
I don't know how much can we trust that, but I'd like to trust it
Wave 5 will be released when we get the first announcement for wave 7.
