The Punisher, I like, but I can understand why people don't like it. For me, it looks like a bigger, badder, TIE Bomber, just like it should be, but I can understand why people thinks its uninspired. I however, like that it keeps to the TIE motif.

That K-Wing actually does look decent to be fair. I don't think that ship got as much hate as it did because it's purely bad looking, people just seemed to think its not "star warsy" enough.

And the Jumpmaster is?!? It doesn't even make any design sense. Cut the wings off a space shuttle, stick a boomerang under it (don't worry about symmetry), and pin a turret from an old toy on it. Break for lunch.

To be fair, you're bound to see a lot of different ships in a whole galaxy, so you can't really define "star warsy" beyond very generic terms, so while I think the Mist Hunter looks like a kitbash of a Hind helicopter and a speedboat, it's at least conceivable. The JM5K, however (and to a degree the YT-2400) are just... odd. Like ugly for the sake of being ugly.
