I made them a little smaller I think I am going to stop messing with them and print a bunch and give them a simple paint job. I loose detail at this size but I think anything bigger would be too big. Thoughts? also any ideas for resource tokens?

Cool but a bit too big, maybe just have one of the cylinders of the shield generator? You have to fit a lot of dmg tokens and dice on the card as well

The bases look too big for the shield cylinders... If you just removed the base entirely and thickened up the rod linking them together I think you would get a much better look!
