Rounding out an anti-agility list

Hey, I'm working on a list that forces opponents to sacrifice agility. The concept is flanking with two Outmaneuver pilots and a third with a Tractor Beam to really ruin someone's day. Here's what I have so far...

Wedge Antilles (32)

-Outmaneuver (3)

Keyan Farlander (39)

-Outmaneuver (3)

-"Mangler" Cannon (4)

-Advanced Sensors (3)

Which leaves 29 points at the end there.

The only Rebel ships that can hold a cannon are B-wings and the YT-2400 (which comes in at a minimum of 30 points).

My initial thought to round it out was

Nera Dantels (29)

-Decoy (2)

-Tractor Beam (1)

-Collision Detector (0) [why not]

Sticking with Wedge, Nera could Decoy with him in order to Tractor Beam first. Best case scenario would be -3 Agility (Wedge + Outmaneuver + Tractor Beam). And if someone is facing Wedge and Nera, Keyan can pull up the rear with his crits against a -2 agility (Outmaneuver + Tractor Beam). That should give a minimum of 6 attacks against either 1 or 0 agility for most ships, plus any goodies from tractor beaming onto obstacles.

The limiting factor here seems to be that the tractor beam has to Decoy with Wedge in order to be fully effective. I thought about giving it to Keyan, but that kinda negates his pilot ability and outmaneuver.

How do you think I should finish this out? Is the tractor beam necessary, or would something likely Moldy Crow and Kyle Katarn be more effective than pulling another evade die from my opponent?
