Can a MC80 assault get 2x ECM upgrades? (Or Cluster Bombs etc...)

They are not modifications, I tried to find in the rules if there are any restrictions against having two of the same upgrades, that are not modifications and I can't find it so...????

Nevermind!!! Found it, in the FAQ

Fleet Building, p.6 This entry should include the following bullet point: “A ship cannot equip more than one copy of the same upgrade card.”
