Stats on a Light Lightning Cannon

I'm not sure how many of you here used to play the old Star Wars Galaxies mmo before Sony ran it into the ground, but one of the weapons from the game was an LLC (light lightning cannon). It strikes me as an interesting weapon for my Inquisitor to use against the force users of my group, but I'm unsure of how well balanced it is. I was hoping for some feedback on whether I need to dial it down on the stats, beef it up a little more, or if it's fair as it stands.

Range: Short

Damage: 10

Crit: 3

Cumbersome 4, Vicious 2, Stun Setting

Special: When a force user takes damage from this weapon, they roll a Resilience check. If the roll fails, they're unable to use force powers for the next round, and any currently active powers are interrupted. If the weapon is used against droids, the Crit rating is reduced by 1 to a minimum of 1.

I'd ditch Vicious 2. I'd also ditch the saving throw approach and just swap that out for Concussive 1 or maybe 2, which accomplishes the same thing but keeps it all in the one roll of the dice and how the game mechanics actually work.

Alternatively, you can activate the Force Power effect by spending a triumph or 3 advantage.
