The world championship for x-wing kicks off in about a half hour, so I wanted to start a thread for any updates you guys have or run into from friends at the tournament, plus general discussion.

Quick shout out to jjayers99 and nervoussam, 2 of Atlanta's best flying this weekend. Matchstickman740 recently moved to Nashville, but we still claim him. Not to mention the couple of IA players we have going up too. Do Atlanta proud, fellas.

And the same for tomorrow I guess. That is disappointing, I assumed it would be much bigger. Nonetheless, I cant wait to see how it shakes out.

So what's the round structure? Is it two days of swiss with all the contestants, two days of swiss with different contestant pools? I was expecting Worlds to be bigger than Yavin, but even with two lots of 168 players it's still 50-odd players short.
