Netrunner stream day!!!

I'm still playing Rey, but partnered her up with Norra for my regionals list. Results are becoming more promising!

My HotR arrived yesterday. So I unpacked and sorted everything last nigh. Yippee! I still need to put the dials together and scan the scenario.

I didn't have any crazy mission to run last night and got to play some straight up 100 pt games. It's been a long time since I have done much of this and I had a hard time finding lists to go to! I did pull out my Ketsu and 4 BMST Z-95's list. It did pretty good and I almost won my game vs Scum, but I tried to be clever and totally messed up. I lost the game that could've been mine. Fenn Rau was at 2 hull.

I also picked up my first Special Forces Tie Fighter, which was pretty cool. I got to use Backdraft (go 80's movies names!) and finally got to fire out the rear at someone and destroyed Old Tetroch. Then, Fenn Rau rolled and got lucky at R1 and destroyed me. It was still fun. I've been Fenn Rau'ed.

Also note that I might get to go to GenCon for the first time and will run a Narrative event there! It should be fun.

I was 1 shot, but I do think being Fenn Rau'ed basically means being utterly gutted at R1 by Fenn Rau. If I had a large based ship that wasn't destroyed, but was just ripped apart in one round, I'd still say he was Fenn Rau'ed.

Hope to see you there. I live nearly as far as you do from Indianapolis and make that trip to GenCon almost every year. Would love another Xwing event.

It should be on Saturday. Those who are eliminated will be done on Friday for the big event. 40 people is what we are aiming for. 3-4 rounds and 14 hour event is what we are thinking. Limited Uniques, so will have to have a draft pick for those on each team. Some options will be banned as they just don't fit in with the story. No Emperor as he's not going to be guarding some supply depot. Things like that.
