This is why I say large for MC75. I agree I want medium ships for rebels and imperials but I don't want them to force a ship into a medium catagory when they have set the standard with similar/same size ships. Mc75 from rogue one is very close in size to both MC80s. And those mc80s have about the same comparison to the ISD.

Ok well that's a little convoluted but thank you for the info.

The MC-75 would work better as a medium base because both the Rebels could use another ship that size, and because it would simply look better- Home One on a large is swamped by the base, while the much bulkier Interdictor expands over the medium base it is on.

I'd love Dreadnaughts as medium-size pocket battleships. Tankier than average for medium but with big command stacks. Maybe even command 4, or the alternative ship card could be the slave-rigged Katana fleet version that uses fewer crew. Worse in Engineering and Squadron values but nimbler Command.

Seeing Rune Taq's picture, I like the idea of the oversized medium base for the mc75. It could even use the curved stand of the mk2.

A good 250+ meters is that thin tail. Medium is not out of the realm of possibility.

I found it interesting they put the hammerheads in since they're int he background of SWTOR cutscenes during the last 2 expansions....making them thousands of years old...

When they put them in Rebels , they said they weren't the same... They were apparently inspired by the design - but they were more Transporty and less Combat-Corvette-y..

They also said they were oldered but they would take what they can get. But I do not think they ment that old haha.

You make a great point. I think that makes some sence the mc80s are a bit fuller bodied.

Supposedly that's where the majority of the MC-75's firepower is.

Does FFG have tomorrow off? I'm eagerly anticipating the MC75 and Hammerhead Corvette announcement for the Rebels, but even more eager to see what the Empire will get. Revamped white ISD? Quasar?

Has anyone even considered that they might do Tarkin's personal ship? The Carrion Spike. You could also bring in a Venerator class Star Destroyer on a medium base. I want more medium Imperial ships T_T
