yah it is .... and I love the jacket it is warm, and unzipped it looks like any other jacket....a 9/10....not 10 out of 10 because the cylinders on the side are hard to see at times.

i went as Vader intending to play some Xwing but i only stood around for about 30mins before remembering why i hated that costume last year lol. Forgot to buy insoles for those boots. My feet were already killing me.

That and i wear thick glasses, so im blind as a bat without them and i tried to put an old pair of glasses on the inside of the vader mask, but the lenses on the mask distorted the vision enough where it didnt help at all.

Sounds like officer would be a more conservative approach.
