Ultimate Rebel Regen

With the ARC-170s unique combination of crew and Astromech, I came up with this little ball of fun:

Ability allows you to not have to use EI if you think you'll get the free action, but when he's the last one alive, you want to be able to use D8 without sacrificing your action. You can load him up with a torp too, threatening the TL into a shot of the enemy shoots someone else.

You have a better than 50% chance with D8, and once damage cards are gone, R2 is free to regen. Plus the rear arc to constantly pepper pursuers. A lot of the damage cats also allow some way to flip them over, so barring a slew of direct hits, you could theoretically last forever against something that can't push more than 2 Damage per turn.

I hate this BTW, as I've lost to rebel regen more times than I care to remember. But I thought I would share it as there finally seems to be some use for D8 and if I lose to this I want to say I thought it up first.

Thane with R5 is a riot, I used hull upgrade once to give him a little more tough. I love watching those damage cards disappear.

Nice. I think I'm more of a Miranda with R2-D2 person though. R5-D8 is just so risky.
