It's about **** time. I bet CC has been finished for a while and they've delayed the release to coincide with wave 5.
Not that that's specifically a bad thing mind you. Just a small bit frustrating.

History states it'll be about 8 weeks until they hit shelves? Later than hoped, but better than not on the boat. I'm expecting (hoping) something to be for sale at World. 
I'm hoping that some of them got onto a plane to make it to Worlds.

Granted, that is longer than their anticipated and stated timeframe, which equates to 6-8 weeks.

I would bet money that they spent a bit extra to get this on a fast boat. Absolute fail to not be in stores for Christmas.

For sure, that's entirely valid. I get that.
Still frustrating though, seeing as how we've been looking forward to it for quite a while and we only just learned of the Wave 5 tie-in.
I'm guessing we're in for a wait that puts us past Christmas, and if typical shenanigans is typical, give it till February.

Definitely going to be for sale at Worlds, if they are on the boat. It means they CAN have some air shipped for Wednesday.
Gonna be hard to not buy CC if it is there, if only because I try to support my local game store.

I try to support the FLGS as much as possible, but early copies would be good for the blog. Hopefully a friend can bring some back for me.
