Epsilon Ace would.

And anyone attacking outside the combat phase who exceeded her normal PS (e.g. Corran's double tap, Snap Shot, Quickdraw with Baffled Rage, etc. Anyone who Roark had turned to PS12 on the other side.

Roark beats Torkil though - Torkil is end of activation, Roark is start of combat.

But he's certainly something to be aware of in the context of Captured TIE.

That's one of the common ideas that I've seen people toss around. Bombs also don't break Captured TIE. With Sabine Crew you can take one of those as well as the EMP. Using BMST or Feedback Array doesn't break it either.

Ships are considered to be at range 1 of themselves. They are only excluded from being covered by an ability that would otherwise affect them if the word "other" is used.

Presumably everyone would because at PS12 you shoot first and discard the title.
