Thinking outside of the box....
I've got a campaign comp coming up...and essentially I wanted to try something a little new...I tried to make an ISD list work but realized I had to shelve it to get a solid 4 activation fleet + added toys.
The idea is the dictor slows down ships so they start in the Victories front arcs...then smash with OP with screed then hammer....the squadrons are delaying only they are designed to provide area damage and whittle down aces.

Screed is, if not completely wasted, not a very good fit. Sure, you can make a blank red into a HIT-CRIT, but that's not enough mileage.
That said you lack the ability to engage at range and the ability to force a battle at close quarters.
Squad screen is OK, but does very little vs. ships.
Dude, Vet Gunners EVERYWHERE!
Also targeting scrambler to keep those vics alive? maybe with Motti or Tagge.....
Or Konstantine for more board control
Step 1) Wait for wave 5.
Step 2) Replace Screed with Moff Jerjerrod.
Step 3) ???
Step 4) Profit
Seriously, Mr. J (yes, I'm calling him that) will be the ideal commander for this list. Those Victories will still be slow, but man will they be able to turn.
