Looks good, I am definitely no rebel expert (or any expert for that matter). Is there a tweak in there to drop Luke down to Gunner for 2 more points? I see the obvious R5/Poe connection but does lack of authothrusters ever hurt?

Yea I was thinking of dropping down to gunner to give thrusters to Poe. But my meta is in such a way that he doesn't trigger too often. Granted in three games luke triggered only four times and three of those times had no focuses. Hot dice I guess

I'd bring back R5-P9. BB-8 is nice, but is best suited for Push The Limit shennanigans; if you're just using your elite slot to buy Pilot Skill, might as well turtle up.

I think that Rey is much better suited with Kanan Jarrus than gunner or Luke. It helps her get around a lot better

I agree with the kanan crew option.. If you don't have arc, then your 5 point finn will be useless.
But if you can make it work, then by all means!

About a Buzz-saw option for the YT-1300 I played a game on vassal where a Han Solo used Hot-shot co-pilot along with Luke. I think that is the meanest buzzsaw option there is. That along with predator, removes focus from your opponent, then lets you miss and get luke's focus boost on the next shot. Just a thought

I didn't have an issue without K.J. flying with Rey actually. In three games there was not once where he would have improved my situation. That being said, being able to choose to rotate after the maneuver for the title was huge. Being able to boost out of arc saved her from the kill box twice when I would have had a have range one shot on one fighter but was flanked by two more. Boosted out of there and only got shot once, but still got a range 1 non-finn shot against another fighter.

I'll fly with KJ next week and see. Right now I'm thinking this will be my store champ list for now.

Here's a version tweaking the crew by swapping out Kanan for Jyn. She can spread the focus around helping both Poe and Rey.

I'm concerned about fat poe though. He is a lot of points! PTL bb8 poe is really the only poe for me these days and I can't imagine not flying the title and PS9 but could be persuaded.

This is something I really want to try - not a cheap option through. I think it comes out to be something along the lines of 65 points if you take engine and the OT title. What was he flying along side it?

My favorite Rey is... Daredevil + Kanan + Kyle Katarn + EU + FA title. So many options to face your arc and boost to get out of trouble. Get a free focus pretty much every turn. Right now I have her teamed up with Miranda.

Man I just have not been making Rey work. I'm not too used to large base ships that want to keep enemy in arc.

I tried a couple of versions and without gunner/Luke it's harder for her to push damage through even with 5 dice. But without Kanan her mobility is severely hampered.

Also Rey gets focused down pretty fast, 13 hit points don't last that long.

Just got Heroes but I don't have the Ghost so I'm looking at Gunner Finn on Rey. The loss of mobility from not having Kanan isn't ideal but with so many X7's and the like I'm wondering if the buzzsaw isn't just straight up needed to punch through in those match ups. 4 hits is actually not hard for a Defender to take no damage from!

I'm actually leaning toward PTL Nien Nunb as wingman to have fully modified shots for the same reason. No regenbot isn't great but I'm thinking just go all out to get ahead in the damage race early. Besides Nien is just nuts fun.
