I would use a different astro on Biggs to bring down his points. Give Norra an EPT (probably PtL.)

Actually, he is justifying it. It might not be as good, but it does justify not having PTL as you get a very similar outcome actions wise

If you are going to budget Nora and not give her ptl, I would just swap tail gunner for rey crew.

Nora needs double actions to trigger her ability reliably. I'd go ahead and drop this thin Norra for a much better buy at those points - Stress Stramm.

If youre just goofing, ptl is still the answer

With bb8 specifically, ie an actual goof ball

I just flew Norra (and my ARC) for the first time today alongside Biggs and Miranda. Nora was kitted out the same way as the OP only with PtL, and she hits like a truck. The tail gunner also makes it so that you don't miss being able to k-turn (too much) as you're still a threat while slowly moving away from the fight.

As for the OP's list, I'd seriously recommend that you drop R2-F2. An extra die is practically meaningless without being able to modify any of your rolls.

I love my Norra with some extra junk in the trunk.
