Good list, but would probably be better with a Palpmobile. If however you decided against Palpmobile for some reason, they all have the right upgrades i believe!

I don't see a lot of damage output other than whisper. And your list is very weak against Party Buses/Dengaroos who can one shot Carnor from range 3 and do major damage on Whisper. Also, Gunner/Vader RAC will have a field day here. Rey is gonna be PS10, and Carnor wont effect her much as her ability alone will be enough to get damage through on 2agi whisper.

List is strong against Defenders, as Carnor can dance around them and be range 1 to deny evade/focus, and Whisper can light them up.

Not sure how Carnor and OL work together, as OL already denies dice mods, making Carnor somewhat useless to him.

Have you play tested this?

I would probably try and bring in Crackshot/VI x7 Vessery, as his ability is beautiful with FCS Whisper and OL, he ups your damage output, and he can take on damage, and is usually target #1 which is what you want in a OL/Whisper list since they are both great endgame ships. Or else, just add Juking Ryad to now have 3 endgame ships. Crackshot Vess is what I would take though.

What if you scrap OL for Carnor and just run 31pt Carnor, 39pt Whisper and 29pt Palp Shuttle?

Carnor is a solid beating vs. Defenders and good vs. TLTs, which may well come back. I'm not sure how much I love OL in this meta.

Or a shuttle

There will always be counters to list. At least Carnor can stop Dengars focus token
