So I am still fairly new to playing competitively and I was wanting some advice on a command deck with this build, as well as, any input to the build itself.

There is prey on the weak and headhunter. Since it looks like your going for a kind of strain list, i would pick headhunter. If you can find a way to fit in Under durress though, that is a great card with trandoshan hunters. If you really dont want to change it, I would go with headhunter.
I don't believe you can include On Diplomatic Mission as it is a Rebel skirmish upgrade and you're playing a Merc list.
I don't know that Under Duress is worth it as most people will just take the damage anyway, maybe not.
Devious Schemes is good, but Prey on the Weak either on the HK or Bossk is solid.
Last Resort only works on guys adjacent to the enemy, so all they have to do is move one space and then shoot you. You can also do damage to yourself that way and with the trandoshans, you may get your guys bunched up anyway. Explosive armaments is okay on focused HKs but I'd probably stick with Prey on the Weak.
as far as the Command cards go, this list will get much better when the Jabba's Realm stuff drops as there are 2-3 must-take cards coming with them for Hunters.

I like Camoflauge for my HK if I can fit it but you could use it on the eTrandos to get focus
Kind of depends on what you like if you play against characters, take celebrations, etc.
I recently ran a list that was similar to that, but instead of the HKs and 3PO I had MHD and an eNexu. MHD seemed to do a good job of keeping the trandoshans alive longer than they usually last.

Last resort is not very good. not very consistent
You could drop the E tran down to reg and last resort for a hired gun squad.
