False Orders in Skirmish

By mischraum.de, in Imperial Assault Rules Questions

False Orders: Chose a hostile figure (...) Perform a move or attack with that figure.

Rules Reference Guide p. 3: a non-hero figure can use only one of its actions to perform an attack per activation.

I am not sure wether using False Orders counts towards that limit. It is a different figure performing that attack but it sounds like Murne is using an action to perform an attack. The wording is different than the wording on the Elite Imperial Officer.

Choose a hostile figure with a figure cost of 3 or less within 3 spaces. Perform a move or attack with that figure.

Well, I should've checked the rules myself.

Some abilities allow players to perform an attack with a hostile figure. To resolve such an attack, the player resolving the ability controls the hostile figure for the duration of that attack.

...

-- A figure that uses such an ability does not count as having performed an attack.

If you look at those rules it is obivious. I checked the Rules Reference Guide but failed to find it in the FAQ.
