I like the idea of build your worst, but there need to be some restrictions.

We had this, when I TO'ed one.

1. List must be 99 or 100 pts.
2. If you bring a HWK-290, it must have a turret.
3. All upgrade must be capable of being used. For example, no "Heavy Syck Interceptor Title" without also bringing a cannon, torpedo or missle.
4. Outrider title is forbidden
