To be honest I'd have expected the AT-ST to be and AT-AT at that cost, firepower, and ability.
An AT AT will have a cost of 12 with a 10 ranged damage side.

There is probably an upper limit to what a Jedi can "deflect". I am pretty convinced that they can't deflect a superlaser shot or even a turbolaser battery, but how about an AT-AT shot ? AT-ST ? I think AT-ST could be at the upper limit.

I'm not hedging my bets on hard realism in this game, which is totally cool. It is not entirely out of sorts to play a game in the future that presents a death match between Anakin Skywalker-Palpatine's Apprentice, Darth Vader-Sith Lord, and Kylo Ren-Vader's Desciple against Anakin Skywalker-Rebel General, Ben Solo-Force Prodigy, and Jar Jar Binks-Wrath of Lucas. If there was a limitation to Deflect, it would have been printed on the card.

I am guessing that the limitation is more to do with balancing than thematic, however both definitely apply.
I am looking forward to playing around with this in an all blue deck. NS on another character to redeploy on Rey can just be massive. She could take out a character while the other would be exhausted and still do more. Definitely a swing event in a game.

My dream of Noble Sacrificing Han Solo to Exhaust Kylo Ren with Rey finishing him off died with the restriction though =(
I just can't wait to see how cheap a padawan is, although nobly sacrificing some padawans is really more of an Annie move....
