There's not a ton of information on this ship from the Darth Vader comic series. But I think the concept of this ship and it's crew would be amazing in the X Wing game. Let's hope we see more of this ship in the Doctor Aphra series coming up.

I feel like the title would be a better place to put the "can equip Imperial Crew" bit, with a 3- or 4-point limit?
0-0-0 and BT-1 for the other named pilots, with idk, "Rimworld Explorer" or something for the generic?
Should probably have 2 turret slots, but idk on cannon slot, Scum already have a lot of that (and the stats for this feel too much like "Firespray with more hull and slots", which could do with differentiation).
How about 3V / 1 / 5 / 6 , with Focus/TL/SLAM, Turret/Turret/Illicit/Crew/Crew, and a dial like:

I definitely agree the title would be a much better place for the Imperial crew bit. I did mainly include the cannon for a tractor beam, as the ship is used for salvage. But cannons are overused. Double crew makes more sense, as long as the restriction for palp is there. BT and 0-0-0 would have amazing abilities. Also, I love the idea for a native SLAM action. Maybe Aphras ability could deal more with crashing into things, as she's prone to do.
Scum is currently lacking in tech slots, could give it that and double crew for some fun shenanigans. If you're making it able to SLAM it might be nice to add a bomb and torpedo slot as well. I'd suggest just replicating the tractor beam with a ship specific title or modification ala the Shadow Caster. Scum has plenty of ships using cannons already. Maybe it would allow you to assign a tractor token to a ship within range that has a stress marker or something along those lines.
Another thought, if it was done that way, it would be interesting if you could tractor your own ships. Suffer the negative debuff for some repositioning.
In any event I loved the characters from the Darth Vader comic and want more OP scum crew
Oh ya, I don't know if allowing cross faction crew is a good idea. I'd love to get my hands on some of the Empires finest but it sounds like a nightmare for balance design wise.
