Listen to Vykes is my advice. All of my repainted were mainly just me trying to copy Vykes work. Citadel paints are great and the bloodletter glaze should do miracles. Up to you how much detail you want to put in but a dry brush of red around the areas with lights, then a little yellow followed by the red glaze on top of that, finished with a small dot of white should make it look really good. For my black ISD I just did red glaze(I made my glaze with a citadel medium) the. Then white dots followed by more glaze, then another round of white dots.
