Another High Praise for FFG/Asmodee customer service

So.... I went out and bought a 2nd M3-A expansion after the errata from the FAQ came out and was bummed to find there was no peg mount on the ship model. I emailed FFG with a request for another peg mount that I can glue on and they sent a whole new model! Wow! pretty cool . If they didn't have any extra little-peg-mount-thingys, I was just gonna glue a peg on it. Which is still just what I'm gonna do.

I really love this company, probably in an unhealthy way, but love is what love is.

I too can vouch for FFG and their excellent customer service. I had two TIE fighters and a Y-wing with defects as well, and they also sent me replacements. Fantastic company, couldn't be more pleased :D .

I've also had very prompt response form them in the past with regards to missing pegs.

...Unfortunately none of their awesome service makes up for the fact that I still have to contend with the local postal service :(

I wrote them about replacing a lost cardboard overlay for the Lambda (lost the whole base somehow). 10 days later, it was in my hands - and it had to cross the Atlantic!

Lost a couple damage cards so I wasn't able to play competitively unless I bought another core set. I emailed ffg and two days later they said a package was in the mail free of charge. Simply astounding customer service.
