No.
Mostly he doesn't need to though, he's low enough PS that he moves before most of the people it matters for.
He could use adaptability to lower his SP by one. No guarantee to move first, but might help some.
You can always go to your profile (right upper corner) and check the posts you have made (or My contents in the drop down menu).

Click on your nickname, than go into Posts section in the menu on the left. Now, just above the list of the topics in which yo've posted you can see a button "Find content".
