I'm very surprised and disappointed they're not doing this on Worlds Weekend. I could extend the trip a day or two, but there's no way I can drive there two weeks in a row. Hopefully the promo isn't exclusive to this event.

It doesn't say anything about buying the game, but there will be demos there, people playing, and the panel there so you got plenty of reasons to go besides the bag.
