Rogue trader (captain of the ship), arch-militant (warrior), priest (to win over converts), explorator (Mechanicus scientist), seneschal (spymaster/trader), void master (pilot, gunner, sensor operator), navigator (with the third eye to gaze into the Warp), astropath (for communications and psychics).

Hell yes, he is having staff issues... IE the lack of. He will post it today.
