is this list viable?

I'm going to a regional tournament and I would like to know is any good.

I wouldn't spend so many points on that Raider. Expanded launchers for example is impractical because the Raider has only 2 shields all around and one single brace. This means that your Raider has to be point-blank to the enemy ship, facing towards it before it is activated. Most likely it would be destroyed before or right after it uses the launchers. That card would work very well on a Glad, but a Raider lacks the defense token to bring that vital punch home. For the same reason, Ordnance Experts are unnecessary too.

On the Relentless, I would choose XI7 over HTT (it affects more ships and could hurt more). Also: LEADING SHOTS! This card is really necessary for an ISDI to deal that front punch effectively.

And I would consider replacing a TIE/A with a TIE/In. But that also depends on your playstyle.

In short, move some points form the Raider to the ISD and it will be a pretty decent list - as long as you can use your Interdictor effectively.

Get rid of Expanded Launchers and put on APT. Keep Ordinance Experts. You just saved 8 points, and your Raider is effective at killing fighters AND flotillas. I'd also give it the Instigator title since you are short on fighters.

If you change commanders away from Vader, you can put Leading Shots on your ISD for your re-rolls. Motti is a good replacement.

is it necessary to have leading shots if I have Vader?

...as long as you can use your Interdictor effectively...
