We'll see a bunch of Rey's as people try out what to take on her and who to fly her with. Eventually an optimum build will be found, and if is really good, it'll see top tier use.

We'lll probably see some try outs of the new T-70 pilots and gear, though I think it'll devolve back to just Poe seen at top level events again. If T-70s do take off, the Black One title might shake somethings up.

Actually not really. The same lists that are currently strong will continue to be strong after Heroes of The Resistance comes out. I'm not saying it won't shake things up a bit (by introducing new ships/builds that people start using), but its not going to cause any good lists out there currently to become extinct.

Change the Meta? I dont think it will change it, as blade said above, the strong lists will still be strong. Heroes isnt bringing anything that will need to be countered in every list you build like Scouts or TLT before it.

It will just bring more rebels into the Meta. Dont think its going to cause drastic changes to lists.

Rey will be all over the meta. Its a consistently hard hitting, high HP ship. Rey + VCX will be everywhere. Rey + Miranda. Rey + Poe.

The Black One title is just awesome. Poe is essentially Omega Leader free. And FCS brobots can kiss their TLs goodbye every round. This title card is very very powerful, especially combined with BB8/Vectored Thrusters and PTL to get rid of two TLs. FCS carriers are gonna be really annoyed. K4 scum shenanigans will be gone as well.
