I'm currently looking how to draw more command card with the Empire

​Planning is the only solution i found to help you getting more card but you have to get it soon.

​Rebel have high command (1 more each round)/ R2D2 (Draw 1 command card for 1 action)

Scum have Jabba (Draw 1 command card for 1 action)

Empire have Rule by fear (1 more at the begining) and ????

Capture the Terminals

Rule by Fear - gives you 5 at the beginning, but you have to discard 1

Agent Blaise - Interrogate and his command card

Planning by an Officer

There are some other Command Cards coming out, there are a few other ones but they may be more Merc oriented, like Black Market Prices, can't think of the other ones off hand

Obiwan Kenobi helps out with Rebels capturing Terminals

Probe droids can pop Dedication if you have a unique figure or two.

Rule by Fear is pretty good and and Officer + Planning is pretty much mandatory.

Otherwise just take the terminals. Have officers or other cheap units sit on a terminal as early a possible. Drawing 3 cards per turn is super strong.

You only have 15 in your deck. If you draw 3 at the start, then another 2 with Rule by Fear (discarding one).... then hold both terminals and play planning.... you've now drawn 10 of your 15 cards by the end of turn 1.

The best part about rule by fear is that it increases your chances of getting planning.

If you use scum allies, you can take an ugnaught or hired guns for pretty cheap. These are smugglers so you can include Black Market Prices which is similar to Planning. Hired guns are also a great cheap unit to go sit on terminals or grab objectives since Imperials don't have any other speed 5 stuff except royal guard.
